Customer Experiences

I have played guitars for many years, I am now 79 and my fingers aren’t quite as nimble as they used to be so a transition to the four stringed tenor has helped me a lot to keep playing. I tune them to DGBE as there is no real learning curve for me with this tuning. I have had two tenors from Eastwood and they really are top quality instruments that play well straight out of the box. My experience with Eastwood is a good one. They acknowledge the order, process it quickly and delivery is next day. Customer service is also excellent and when I asked about string recommendations for my preferred tuning I got expert advice. The build quality of the instruments is really good and I have been very happy with my purchases.

Severe neuropathy in my left hand left me struggling to play rhythm guitar on my six-strings. The Eastwood Tenorcaster is making it possible for me to once again enjoy playing my favorite music. This guitar is so popular it seems it's always backordered. Eastwood's excellent communication kept me up to date on when I would get it. And it arrived when promised. I can not be happier.

I have the Tele, Flying V, and Les Paul models. I play a bit of mandolin, but the larger frets and guitar feel of a tenor is a lot more comfortable for me. It's a great way to get out of a guitar rut and explore songs I have long done from a different perspective.
