That got us thinking… what if we took things a step further into the orchestral realm and created a fretless version? Meet the MRG Cello Guitar: the Electric Cello you can strum!

Featuring the same scale length and low CGDA tuning as our Tenor Baritone models, the MRG Cello Guitar offers a similarly rich and expressive sound—enhanced even further by its semi-hollow construction. Custom mini humbuckers provide a warm, full-bodied tone that pairs beautifully with the instrument’s design. And without frets, your glissandos and vibratos will be smoother than ever.
