Back in 2020, we released our tribute Mad Cat guitar after a successful run as a Custom Project. Since then, the model has become one of the most popular in our lineup - and for good reason. Built at our top factory in Korea, every Mad Cat we make is a high-end, professionally playable instrument at an extremely competitive price (get ready to shell out $2500+ for an alternative, if you can find one...).

By popular demand, we've begun releasing the Mad Cat in additional specs and colorways, and this one might just be the most exciting yet! If the finish and extra controls haven't already given it away, then perhaps the A.S. abbreviation will. This left-hand Mad Cat is our tribute to the Sunburst model played by the incredible Andy Summers.
The A.S. Mad Cat LH (Left-Hand) adds a Custom Wound Humbucker in the neck position, and comes dolled up in a sleek Satin Sunburst finish. We've also included a couple of mandatory tonal options for those of you seeking out that signature A.S. tone: a Phase Switch, and our own proprietary Transwarp Drive* Boost.
