Can I order an Eastwood® direct from Eastwood® Guitars?

Yes, we sell Eastwood® Guitars directly to the public. We suggest that you review our dealer list, but if you can't find one locally you can use the BUY NOW button on this website.


Is there an official Eastwood showroom anywhere that I can visit?

Yes, we have a few locations with plenty of our guitars on display, and for sale. For locations, and information on how to book a visit, click here.


How can I become a dealer for Eastwood® Guitars?

If you are interested in becoming a dealer, please send us an EMAIL with a short description of your store and shipping address. We will then EMAIL you a dealer price list.


Do you have a Return Policy?

Yes. If you are not happy, we are not happy. If you receive your item and simply do not like it for any reason, you can return for a full refund (less shipping) within 30 days of your purchase date. If the item is "not as advertised", damaged or needs additional setup, we will refund, repair or replace at our expense, including shipping costs (UPS Ground only). Between 30 - 120 days, if you wish to return your item, we will retain a 20% restocking fee from your refund amount. After that time we will entertain returns or exchanges on a case by case basis only.


Where do you ship from?

We ship Eastwood® Guitars worldwide. We have warehouses in USA and Europe (UK). Shipping in North America and UK is UPS ground, otherwise is UPS Expedited Airmail. Each guitar receives a professional setup before shipping (allow up to 48 hours from the time of your order for this process). Then, shipping generally takes 3-5 days from any warehouse. There are a few countries where UPS Expedited Service is not available. Email us for a price quote on shipping. Please view our shipping page for more information.


How much is shipping and how long does it take to process an order?

We need your full address in order to calculate a shipping quote, but expect to pay approximately:

  •  3-5 days North America. UPS Ground ($29 USA) and FedEX Air ($79 Canada)

  •  Next Day UK. UPS Standard ($29 per guitar)

  • 2-3 days Europe. UPS Air ($29 per guitar)

  •  3-5 days Outside North America and Europe. UPS/Fedex AIR ($189 per guitar)

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order as each guitar receives a professional setup before leaving the warehouse. We do our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days, but sometimes delays do occur do to unforeseen circumstances. If you require expedited processing or date specific delivery please contact us directly and we will do our best to work with you.


Do I have to pay taxes when shipping outside the U.S.?

Yes, depending where you live, the UPS Delivery person may collect applicable taxes when delivering the guitar.


Can I expect any additional fees to be charged to my card after ordering?

The amounts shown on your invoice reflect the exact amounts charged by us, through our store. That said, some customers may see a small (usually 3%) "International" or "FX" fee on their statement post-purchase. This is not a charge from us, but from your bank. Please contact your bank / credit card provider if for more information, or if you've received such a charge.


Do Eastwood® Guitars come with a Warranty?

Yes, when you purchase from this site you are automatically enrolled in Eastwood's Limited Lifetime Warranty Program, details of the warranty are included with your guitar. We also offer the option of purchasing our fantastic extended warranty options Lifetime Plus or Lifetime Prime.  


Do Eastwood® Guitars come with a case?

No, any guitar purchased from our web-store will not ship with a case included, unless otherwise specified. Please view our Case / Gig Bag selection here for availability.


Where are Eastwood® Guitars made?

We make Eastwood® Guitars in three different factories based in Korea and China. Many accessories such as cases and Airline straps are Made in Canada.


I am a professional musician, can I get an Eastwood® Discount?

  • Tour nationally.
  • Have recorded material for sale.
  • Have a press kit to send us.
  • Are on a record label.
  • Have management.
  • Or you are a studio musician who works with high profile artists.

Does Eastwood® have a modification shop?

Yes. We can make minor modifications to your Eastwood® Guitar. Here are some common customization charges: 

  • Custom pickguard (add $100 to list price)
  • Alternative Pickups (Market Price)
  • Add BIGSBY Tremolo (add $129 to list price)

Where can I find detailed set-up specs and measurements for my guitar?

 My Trem Arm keeps falling out! What do I do?

Our Press-Fit tremolo system featured on guitars such as the Sidejack is a bit different than what you may be accustomed to. Please read our guide for proper seating instructions.


 

I like using BIGSBY equipped guitars. Do yours have any tuning problems?

We take many steps to ensure that your guitar stays in tune after hours of noodling with your BIGSBY! Please read our tuning tips blog for information regarding our pre-shipment methods, as well as general methods to keep your guitar in tune. 


 

I don't live in the Americas. What happens when I order a guitar from www.eastwoodguitars.com? 

We have a fully stocked warehouse in Liverpool, UK to handle shipments for orders in the UK, Europe, and other surrounding areas with LOW shipping rates. Website prices are in USD, when you complete your checkout we will add VAT to the price. We want you to receive your guitar in the most efficient way possible no matter where you live.
