We are an established and rapidly growing multi brand Musical Instrument and accessories company based in Nashville, TN.  We are seeking a strategic and experienced Marketing Director to lead all aspects of brand development, demand generation, and market positioning. This is a senior-level role ideal for a marketing professional with a strong background in the MI or similar industry, who thrives in a results-driven environment.
 
Position Overview:
The Marketing Director will oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to elevate brand presence, support sales objectives, and drive sustainable growth. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with responsibility for B2C initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and content development across all platforms
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including paid advertising, SEO, and CRM/email marketing
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts
  • Analyze marketing performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI
  • Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and trade show participation 
Qualifications: 
  • Minimum 5 years of senior-level marketing experience
  • B2C marketing: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Proven success in demand generation, brand development, and digital strategy
  • Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and paid media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Able to work remote and prior experience working remote with team members
  • Based in Nashville, TN (Preferred, but not a requirement) or ability to commute
