New York's The Vacant Lots keep the left-field spirit of Suicide and Spacemen 3 alive - and guitarist Jared Artaud swears by his Airline Twin Tone!
The Vacant Lots are a popular psych band from NYC, who've worked with such revered names as Suicide's Alan Vega, Spacemen 3's Sonic Boom and Anton Newcombe from The Brian Jonestown Massacre.
Guitarist Jared Artaud has a special predilection for vintage Vox guitars, but since 2017 he's been using our Airline Twin Tone as his main live instrument.
For their 2018 E.P. (recorded at Anton Newcombe's Berlin studio) he used a vintage Harmony H78 - the inspiration for our Airline H78.
After playing festivals around the world and touring Europe with The Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Vacant Lots have been gathering more fans and there's little doubt the best is yet to come - hopefully with a little help from our guitars!
