Our mantra is and always has been "If you're not happy, we're not happy." If there are any problems with your new purchase from us, please don't hestitate to contact us first. Our dedicated service staff will be happy to take care of you.
Has Something Arrived Damaged or Defective?
If you think your instrument has arrived defective in any way, please contact our support team as soon as possible. If approved, we will issue pre-paid shipping labels for you to return the item, and replace it at our expense. If we do not have adequate inventory for a replacement, we'll sort out compensation by refund or credit.
Have You Changed Your Mind?
If you've simply decided that the item you ordered is not for you, you can still send it back within 45 days of purchase for refund, credit, or exchange, minus shipping. Simply fill out our online returns form, and someone from our returns department will be in touch as soon as possible. If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or credit.
Are Duties/Import Fees Refundable?
Currently, we do not collect any taxes or fees on orders shipping outside of the US, UK, or Canada. If you were charged additional duties and taxes by your local authorities when the item was delivered, those amounts may be regained from your Government once you have made the return with us. Considering a Return Beyond 45 Days?
If 45 days have passed since you received your order, return requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. All returns for refund beyond 45-days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
