In Pictures: Eastwood Popup Shop @ Liverpool Sound City
It was a gloriously sunny weekend in Liverpool, and our first-ever popup shop was a must-visit for those who attended the Liverpool Sound City festival - a huge success!
Mike & the Eastwood team had a great time at this year's Liverpool Sound City Festival - not just checking out some awesome bands, of course, but enjoying the success of our first ever popup guitar shop, which we opened over the festival's weekend.
It was the biggest ever showcase of our different models under one roof - and many visitors were stunned by the beauty of the guitars themselves, some even likening them to works of art.
Ahead of the official opening of the popup shop, Mike arrived from Canada and had time to check the hipster Baltic Triangle neighbourhood in Liverpool, to oversee the final touches to the shop.
A mix of curious passers by and artists playing at the festival (such as the DMA's, Baxter Dury, Wye Oak and even renowned actor Paddy Considine) made sure the shop was busy over the two days of the festival.
We really enjoyed it and only one question remains: where should we go next? Leave your suggestions in the comments below...
