Customer Service Representative/Q.C. Inspector - Nashville

Eastwood Guitars is looking for a musically passionate, dynamic, individual for the role of Customer Service Representative / Q.C Inspector - Nashville, TN.

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of customer service offering support for all Eastwood Guitar brands by means of email, online chat, telephone and in person at our on-site showroom. The position also involves Q.C inspections / adjustments / shipping for our Rivolta Guitars line. 

The position is full-time and based out of our Nashville facility. Knowledge of guitars is important and specific knowledge of Eastwood and our brands and history (Airline, Rivolta, Sidejack etc.) would be a plus too. The ideal candidate would have previous experience working within the musical instrument retail industry and also have experience with guitar adjustments / luthier skills.

Responsibilities include:


  • Responding to customer enquiries through various channels with regards to sales, technical support, product lead times and general product information
  • Q.C inspections, adjustments, shipping duties for our Rivolta Guitars brand
  • In-person appointments at our Nashville showroom
  • Assisting with content creation for Rivolta Guitars social media platforms
Ideal Candidate Skills/Qualifications
  • Previous sales / customer service experience - preferably in guitar or musical instrument retail
  • Knowledge of guitars / stringed instruments
  • Good written communication skills
  • Flexibility & speed. We move fast. You need to be able to execute quickly
  • Be able to play guitar at an intermediate level 
  • Experience with guitar adjustments / set-ups
