Each of our guitars comes with a lifetime limited warranty. Eastwood warrants all instruments to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns it. Electronics, tuning machines, and other moving parts are warranted for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.

Story

Back in 2012, Rivolta Guitars designer/co-owner, Dennis Fano, unleashed a range of guitars unlike anything else the world had seen; the Fano Sphears series. Drawing on various retro-future archetypes from film, architecture and pop culture as well as vintage guitar design and futuristic building materials, the Sphears series consisted of 3 models; the Psoncisphear, the Retrosphear and the Stratosphear. They featured chambered acrylic cores and anodized aluminum tops and backs, paired with unconventional pickguard designs and striking metallic finishes.

Fast forward 10 years, the Sphears series still holds a special place in Dennis Fano’s heart and after a conversation with Rivolta co-owner and huge fan of the Sphears guitars, Mike Robinson (Eastwood Guitars), they decided to revive the concept and use the Psoncisphear as a jumping off point for a new Rivolta model - The Rivolta Sferata (pronounced sphere-ah-ta).

The new model is being launched as a LTD edition run of only 48 pcs, available in 3 metallic finishes (Mars, Solar, and Terra). The Sferata LTD features futuristic embellishments including LTD Edition Rivolta logo and ‘Into The Atom Age’ headstock symbol, satellite inlays and mission control-style plates.

Other features include a mahogany body and a set-neck, 25” scale, rosewood fretboard with 23 1/2 (That’s right we said 23 1/2!) medium jumbo frets, Chunky 'C' neck profile and an aluminum wrapover bridge. Under the hood, the Sferata has a slanted P-90 in the neck position, a humbucker in the bridge and switching for pickup selection, coil split and phase.
