When bought alongside an instrument, a case can be sent back with the instrument under our zero-risk return policy.
However, cases are excluded from our standard return policy when purchased by themselves. All returns for case-only purchases are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, and any shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
Each of our guitars comes with a lifetime limited warranty. Eastwood warrants all instruments to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns it. Electronics, tuning machines, and other moving parts are warranted for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.

These cases are discontinued, as we have transitioned exclusively to the production of our Premium Soft Cases instead. As such, only limited shapes and sizes of hard cases are left. Please select from the list of models to see if we have something to fit your instrument.
