Between the 1950s and the late '60s, the Teisco factory in Japan produced some of the wildest guitars in history... and that's exactly why we like them so much!
Take the T-60, for example. With a 3-way individual pickup selection, its electronics layout was actually quite reserved if you consider the rest of the Teisco line. That said... its offset shape, zero-fret, and "monkey grip" cutouts just elevate this thing to a new level of "cool". What's more, the originals were entirely hand-carved. These were top-of-the line at their time, with set necks and in-house pickups.
It's clear that the legendary Glen Campbell took a liking to this guitar early on, and kept it as a part of his arsenal throughout his career. From live photos to shots of session recordings with the Wrecking Crew, it seems that the T-60 was one of Glen's noble companions.
Originals are becoming harder and harder to find these days...so let's Bring it Back! Our version will feature solid mahogany construction, and a set neck just like the originals. We're including the monkey grip because... how can we not?!
